Salary:

89,336.00 – 108,617.60 Annually

Description:

Under general direction, the Emergency Services Officer plans, formulates, updates, and maintains the Napa County Emergency Services Plan; coordinates and manages emergency operations through the emergency operations center. This classification is designated as an “at will” classification.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Four years of administrative, technical or operational experience in a governmental emergency services or disaster response agency, planning and executing emergency preparedness activities.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, public safety/emergency management, disaster planning, or a related field.

License or Certificate:*
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Possession of ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 & 800 Certifications
