The Human Services Department (HSD) seeks a talented manager to lead their Employment and Training Division.

Starting Salary Up To $133,867.88 /Yr. + $600/Month Cash Allowance

The Employment and Training Division Director has overall responsibility for all functions of the Sonoma County HSD’s Employment and Training Division. This position plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs the activities, programs, and functions of the Division. Developing, interpreting, implementing, and evaluating workflow, case management, and programmatic improvements, policies, and procedures are key responsibilities. This position also serves as the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board Director for Sonoma County.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include a related degree and four years of executive or administrative experience.
