Qualifications:

The Ideal candidates will possess

• Training and experience issuing permits, and inspecting a projects compliance with plans and specifications
• Experience accurately and effectively creating, maintaining, and reviewing construction records and reports
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• The ability to work independently and prioritize daily activities
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work cooperatively with applicants, industry, staff, and other
agencies
