Description:

The Executive Office (EO) has an opportunity for multiple EO Analysts at all levels (Associate / Management / Senior / Principal) in Riverside. The incumbents will provide administrative management support to an assigned Portfolio of County departments. This responsibility will include developing and guiding the implementation of Countywide administrative strategies and policies, and providing proactive support to departments by working to drive cost effectiveness and improve operational efficiency. The EO desires skilled local government professionals that are politically-savvy, possess a strong understanding of County departments, and have experience in policy/program development and analysis.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college, preferably with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other field related to the assignment.

ASSOCIATE
Experience: Some progressively responsible experience in administrative, budget, personnel, planning/growth management analysis, or in an area related to the assignment.

MANAGEMENT
Considerable progressively responsible experience in administrative, budget, personnel, planning/growth management analysis, or in an area related to the assignment.

SENIOR/PRINCIPAL
Extensive experience in an administrative or managerial capacity which included responsibility for making decisions and recommendations on issues relating to organization, budget, staffing or other administrative matters, closely related to the area of assignment.
