The Community Development Commission (CDC) Seeks a Highly Skilled and Energetic Leader to Become Their Financial Controller!

The CDC Financial Controller position is an exciting opportunity for a professional governmental accountant and/or auditor to advance their career. As the Financial Controller, you will oversee a complex, $60 million annual budget plan, which incorporates multiple local, state, and federal funding streams, and have the opportunity to grow a strong team of administrative and accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for this position normally requires a four-year college degree in appropriate courses including accounting or business administration and three years of professional accounting and/or auditing experience with a governmental agency or Certified Public Accountant Agency would provide such opportunity. Experience in supervising technical and professional accounting personnel is highly desirable. Experience in computers is highly desirable. Experience in accounting for a Public Housing Authority is especially desirable.
