The Fire Department is supported by approximately 180 full-time employees and a proposed FY2014-15 budget of approximately $41 million.

The ideal candidate will be a contemporary thinker with an impressive history of mentoring and developing others. Five years of increasingly responsible fire service management experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
