$112,391 – $136,622/Annually

Description:

The County of Sonoma General Services Department seeks a creative and innovative thinker, excited by the prospect of change and the challenge of managing a large variety of complex projects. The Deputy Director reports to the Director of General Services and plans, directs, manages, and provides general oversight to the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Development and Management Unit, and assists in formulating and implementing strategic long-range goals in the General Services Department. 

Qualifications:

Qualifications for this position normally include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience managing programs in a county general services, public works, or related program area, with at least two years experience supervising staff. Possession of a California Certificate of Registration as an Architect may be desirable for some assignments.
