Description:

The Auditor and Controller’s Central Payroll Administration is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong payroll system, project management, organizational, communication and analytical skills for the position of Group Program Manager (Payroll System Administrator). This position manages, plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates the payroll system application activities related to various levels of staff and resource groups as it pertains to the support and maintenance of the PeopleSoft Payroll Module. This position will report to the Manager, Auditor and Controller in the Central Payroll Administration.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of the PeopleSoft system, payroll processes, and applicable laws/regulations affecting payroll operations, system security policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have the skills and abilities to translate the County’s business requirements into business solutions utilizing ERP system functionality.
