Description:

The County of San Mateo currently has a limited-term position for a Homelessness Programs Analyst (Human Services Analyst II) in the Center on Homelessness in the Human Services Agency (HSA), Collaborative Community Outcomes Division.

Under general supervision, the Homelessness Programs Analyst (Human Services Analyst II) – Limited Term will provide a variety of analytical and administrative services for assigned programs in the HSA; provide program and fiscal planning, monitoring and evaluation; negotiate and write contracts, request for proposals, grants and reports; make presentations to boards, committees and other groups; assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; provide technical/fiscal assistance to staff and contractors; and act as a liaison to other County departments and partnering agencies.

Qualifications:

NOTE: This is a limited term, at-will position not to exceed 3 years.
