$83,470.40 – $100,089.60 Annually

Description:

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is a confidential, supervisory classification in the Human Resources Division. The HRIS Analyst oversees and maintains the County’s PeopleSoft HR system; prepares and administers the Division’s annual budget; performs contract management; and oversees many of the Division’s administrative functions. This position also supervises a unit of clerical and technical level employees.
This position qualifies for an additional $300 per month confidential pay salary enhancement and 40 hours of Supervisory leave per fiscal year (pro-rated based on start date). The confidential pay is in addition to the salary information listed above.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Two years of professional human resources experience with responsibility for a human resources information system, preferably in a public agency.


Education:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, computer science, business information systems, business administration, or a related field.
