The County of Riverside Human Resources (HR) Department is recruiting to fill multiple journey-level, and advanced journey-level HR Analyst vacancies. The Department is seeking experienced HR professionals with strong analytical ability and writing skills.
Depending on level and area of assignment, these positions will be responsible for performing work in one or more of the following functional areas: Employee Relations, Recruitment, Leave Management/Disability Access, Classification and Compensation.
The County of Riverside has approximately 18,000 employees, most of whom are represented by one of six labor unions. Education: Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate is preferred. Possession of a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) preferred.
Experience: At least two years of experience in professional personnel work.
