Description:

Under limited supervision, manages a variety of complex Human Resources projects to address difficult organizational issues; may maintain Department computer network, database and/or website.

This is the top-level classification within the Human Resource Analyst series; incumbent performs a wide variety of complex and technical human resources functions; reports to Director of Human Resources or designee.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
•Five (5) years of professional human resource experience. One (1) year of Butte County experience preferred.
•Professional human resources experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
•Valid State of California driver’s license may be required.
