Salary:

$57,116 – $76,523/$69,576 – $93,246.40

Description:

Under general or limited supervision, manages a variety of complex Human Resources projects to address difficult organizational issues; may maintain Department computer network, database and/or website.

Qualifications:

Human Resources Analyst, Principal

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
•Five (5) years of professional human resource experience. One (1) year of Butte County experience preferred.
•Professional human resources experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.

Human Resources Analyst, Senior

•An Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field AND six (6) years of professional human resources experience.
OR
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field AND four (4) years of professional human resources experience.
•Professional human resources experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
•Valid State of California driver’s license may be required.
