The County of Kings is seeking a proven leader to lead and manage the Human Resources Department. This executive level at-will position reports directly to the Board of Supervisors. The Human Resources Director is
responsible for leading, managing, and administering all County human resource programs, functions, budgets, and activities, providing advisory support to the County Administrator and County department heads in all human resources related matters.
Education: Graduation from an accredited
college or university in personnel, business or
public administration or a closely related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of broad and
increasingly responsible experience in personnel
administration or closely related field including
three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
