The Human Resources (HR) Department has an exceptional opportunity available now for a Human Resources Services Manager. This position reports to the Assistant HR Director and is characterized by the overall responsibility to plan, organize, and manage a business unit of professional and technical HR staff assigned to serve and advise one or more County departments/agencies in all HR-related matters.
Competitive candidates will be seasoned HR professionals and savvy managers with a broad range of HR knowledge and expertise that have operated effectively within an organization of comparable size and scope to Riverside County.

Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years journey-level human resources experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
