Description:

The Information Technology Division Manager over the Client Support Services Division is responsible for managing the Telecom and Helpdesk Operations which provide support to the employees of Madera County.

Qualifications:

The position requires four (4) years of progressively responsible experience performing duties that are similar to those of the Client Support Services Division, including one (1) year of experience either supervising staff or in a lead capacity in a complex I.T. environment. Two (2) years of the general experience must have been gained at the advanced-journey level. The position also requires the equivalent to the completion of a BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Processing Operations, or a closely related field.
