This position will be filled at the I or II level, depending on the education, experience and knowledge, skills and abilities demonstrated throughout the exam process.
The LAFCO Staff Analyst I/II position works under the direction of the LAFCO Executive Officer and perform a full range of analytical, technical and administrative staff support services for the Local Agency Formation Commission. The LAFCO Staff Analyst I/II conducts a variety of special projects and assignments involving research, data collection and analysis, making appropriate recommendations; preparing detailed and concise reports and performing needed administrative support tasks.

Qualifications:

Education
Four-Year College with major course work in business administration, public administration, land use planning, political science or related field.
