Description:

The County of Riverside Human Resources Department has an exceptional opportunity for a Law Enforcement Psychologist. The Law Enforcement Psychologist will be tasked with administering pre-employment psychological assessments for multiple law enforcement agencies in order to be compliant with California legal requirements and the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (CA-POST).

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a PhD or PsyD degree (i.e., Doctor of Psychology) in clinical psychology.

Experience: The equivalent of five full-time years in the diagnosis and treatment of emotional and mental disorders, including the equivalent of three full-time years accrued post doctorate.

AND

License: Candidates must be licensed psychologists in accordance with the most current California Board of Psychology Standards for Providers of Psychological Services.
