Description:

The Resource Management Agency-Public Works Department is seeking a candidate with a proven track record to effectively manage activities related to County Service Areas (CSA) and County Sanitation Districts (CSD). Paramount duties include: serving as a management liaison for meetings/functions; preparing and presenting comprehensive oral and written reports to groups of citizens, advisory committees, and appointed or elected governing boards; anticipating, obtaining, and providing accurate information to management and other stakeholders; contracting for maintenance services; budget preparation and monitoring for multiple budgets throughout the year; and researching, interpreting and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal codes, regulations and laws. This position requires flexibility to attend occasional night meetings. 

Qualifications:

Any combination of training, education and/or experience which provides for the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the duties listed above is qualifying. An example of a way these requirements might be acquired is:

A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, public administration or a related field.
AND
Two years of experience performing administrative analytical duties which have provided some knowledge of the designated program or function.
