Description:

- Successful Candidate Will Oversee The Following:

• Environmental Health Division

Qualifications:

Education/Experience
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in biology, chemistry, environmental health, environmental resource management, microbiology, business administration, public administration or a related field; AND
• Possess four (4) years of management, supervisory, or analyst level experience with at least one year of management experience in environmental health programs of Environmental Health, Solid Waste Management,Hazardous Materials, Milk and Dairy, or Code Enforcement.

License
• Possession of a valid Certificate of Registration as an Environmental Health Specialist issued by the State of California, is required; AND
• Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license and remain free from repeated preventable accidents.
