Salary: $71,543.80 – $123,980.48 Annually, plus benefits

Description:

The County Executive Office, Human Resources – Health Care Division for the County of Ventura is currently seeking a Labor Relations Analyst. Working under the general direction of the Health Care Agency Human Resources Deputy Executive Officer, the ideal candidate will be composed and objective, analytical; will have excellent oral and written communication skills; and will have strong interpersonal skills necessary to foster durable working relationships with staff and union representatives

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

Considerable experience in labor relations working for a large public or private employer which has led to the acquisition of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The required knowledge, skills and abilities can be obtained by progressively responsible experience as a specialist providing highly specialized personnel (labor relations) services.

DESIRED: Experience working in a public sector civil service environment with multiple unions.
