$103,751.04 – $136,076.88 Annually

Description:

Functions as the County’s expert on all matters related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Title VII, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.

Oversees the development and delivery of all compliance related training programs related to EEO, Title VII, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and the ADA.

Monitors and investigates activities to make sure that the County is not violating nondiscrimination and equal opportunity obligations.

Serves as the County’s EEO officer on behalf of DHR and all Departments.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university AND three (3) years of experience in a highly responsible staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems in federal and state employment laws and related employment policies and practices including at least one of the following areas; EEO, Title VII, ADA, sexual harassment prevention, employment discrimination prevention, mandated training, compliance training, and/or equity training at the level of County of Los Angeles class of Human Resources Analyst IV.
