Amador County Transportation Commission (www.actc-amador.org) is seeking an entry or mid-level Project Delivery Specialist to help ACTC, Amador County, and its five city governments to deliver (process and construct) local, State, and Federally funded transportation projects such as road improvements, bridge rehabilitation, sidewalks, transit projects, etc. Work with multiple agencies and multiple complex requirements to help deliver transportation projects on schedule and budget.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college in a field related to transportation or planning. Ability to conduct research online, offline, and using paper based systems. Interpersonal skills to monitor project status with local agency project manager, coordinate project delivery with Caltrans Local Assistance, public speaking, and write professional emails and memorandums. No prior experience necessary.
