Description:

Placer County Department of Public Works and Facilities’ Real Estate Services Division is recruiting for one full time permanent Project Manager. This division manages leased and county-owned properties. In addition, it finds, leases, sells and purchases real estate to support County operations and development. This division also acquires property rights to support the Placer Legacy and Placer County Conservation programs. Utilizing eight staff with specialized expertise, this team accomplishes a variety of real property-related projects and serves as a one-stop resource for County-owned property information.

Qualifications:

Experience: One year of responsible experience performing property or facility-related analysis, real property management, or capital improvement project management.

Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, facility management, property management, construction management or a related field.

NOTE: Relevant, equivalent experience (performing the same or similar job requiring similar knowledge, skills, and abilities) may be substituted for the required education as determined by the Human Resources Department.

NOTE: Applicants receiving their degree outside the United States must submit proof of accreditation by a recognized evaluation agency.
