The incumbent plans, directs, manages, and oversees the functions, operations and programs of the Public Health Department, including rural, public, and child health and disability prevention, children’s services, and community health programs.

Qualifications:

The position requires: 1) equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in public, business, hospital, or welfare administration or a closely related field; and 2) seven (7) years progressively responsible professional public health experience, including three (3) years of management and administrative experience.
