$4510 – $5483/monthly, plus an excellent benefits package, including a CalPERS (2.7% at 55) retirement formula.

Specific programs include communicable disease control, child health, family health, public health laboratory analysis, vital statistics, institutional medical and nursing services, public health and occupational medical advisory services, health education, community health, and planning and immunization clinics.

Qualifications:

Some experience in a laboratory performing testing and analysis; and equivalent to a BA/BS degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field; and a valid Public Health Microbiologist certificate issued by the CA Department of Public Health.
