Description:

The County of Nevada, California, located in the scenic Sierra foothills, seeks a Public Health Nurse Supervisor to plan, supervise, review and evaluate the work of assigned professional and other support staff; and perform complex public health nursing duties and/or have responsibility for a specialized health care program.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, or related degree, and three years of senior public health nursing experience, preferably in a community setting, one year of which included supervision. Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse and valid Public Health Nurse certificate issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
