Approximate Monthly Salary: $4,711.92 – $6,869.52

Description:

Under general supervision, Real Estate Officers are responsible for the appraisal, negotiation, acquisition, sale, leasing, asset management, and property management of real estate for the County.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Either: 1. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in real estate, business administration, public administration, economics, planning, law, or other closely related fields. Note: The law degree is not a Criminal Justice, Police Science, or related degree.

Or: 2. Completion of 60 semester (90 quarter) units from an accredited college or university

AND

Either: Two years of experience in the class of Real Estate Specialist in Sacramento County service; Or: One year of full-time experience in governmental, public utility, or commercial real estate, performing duties which have included: preparing appraisal reports, negotiating for purchase or donation of rights-of-way or property ownership, securing title, property management, and/or negotiating and processing lease agreements.
