Salary:

$60,991.91 – $100.636.75 Annually

Description:

Under general direction, coordinates, prepares, and supervises others in real estate documentation, and the application of principles and practices of real property law, land acquisition and disposition, property management, and appraisal as they relate to buying, selling, and leasing real property or property rights for public use. Responsible for processing purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices and revenue billing, and maintaining the Real Property Department databases and ensuring accuracy of reports and project files and information. The incumbent will report to the Real Property Manager and assist in budget preparation and administration, developing administrative policies on real property matters, and all management functions of the Real Property Division.

Qualifications:

1. Two years professional experience supervising other office professionals OR

2. two years of experience performing duties equivalent to the class of Real Property Agent with Santa Barbara County; OR

3. a combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to the employment standards listed above; AND the applicable knowledge and abilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
