Description:

The County of San Benito, located on California’s Central Coast, seeks a Director for the newly created Resource Management Agency combining the services areas of Public Works, Planning and Building, Capital Improvements, and Integrated Waste Management. 

Qualifications:

Any combination of education, training and/or experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities is required. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture or Planning; Master’s degree preferred; and
• Three years of executive management experience in a large and complex organization including experience working in local government and working with elected officials.
