Description:

This recruitment is being conducted to fill one full-time vacancy for Pollution Prevention/CUPA and one full-time vacancy for Land Use.

Qualifications:

Two years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of environmental health regulation and enforcement. (Possession of a master’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Health or other basic sciences may be substituted for one year of the required experience.) Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological and Physical Sciences Possession of a current, active, Certified Public Accountant Certificate issued by the State of California shall be considered, equal to the above education and would qualify for 5% premium pay. Possession of valid certificate as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist issued by the California Department of Public Health License: Possession of a valid Class “C” driver’s license, or equivalent.
