Description:

CSA Human Resources Manager has oversight for recruitment and retention, staff development, discipline, labor relations, payroll, policies and procedures, disability management, safety and security, equal rights, position management, and other duties as assigned. CSA Human Resources conducts independent recruitments for a variety of positions including Social Worker I/II/III/IV/V and Family Services Specialist I/II/III/IV/V. CSA processes payroll for approximately 1,100 staff each week. Our Staff Development Program is more than on-going training. CSA’s Risk/Disability Management program is focused on employee well-being. CSA experiences complex disability management issues related to both industrial and non-industrial illnesses and injuries. CSA Human Resources has oversight of a robust equal rights/civil rights program.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university AND
Experience: Qualifying candidates at the Senior Human Resources Manager (Manager IV) level will demonstrate advanced work experience to support their ability to fully function in a senior management position. This would typically include a minimum of five years of progressively responsible management/supervisory work experience in Human Resources and/or Risk Management related functions.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Direct experience supporting and advising executive management in the application of Human Resources and/or Risk Management program operations; OR
Possession of a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Public Administration is highly desirable.
