The Fresno County Department of Human Resources is offering an exceptional career opportunity to an experienced professional who is committed to providing excellence in the development and administration of training programs as a Staff Development & Training Analyst III.
The position will involve planning, organizing, facilitating and assessing County-wide training and development programs; acting as a resource to County departments including using new training approaches, tools, processes and techniques; evaluating training presentations and recommending corrective measures to increase training efficiency; collaborating with professional staff or subject matter specialists in developing and conducting new employee training and in-service training programs, identifying training needs, structuring content and sequence of training, selecting relevant training methods and materials and evaluating training program results.
Possession of a bachelor’s degree that is acceptable within the United States’ accredited college or university system.
Two (2) years of full-time paid work experience equivalent to that gained as a Human Resources Analyst with the County of Fresno developing and implementing staff development or human resources training programs.
Possession of a valid Class “C” driver’s license, or equivalent, may be required.
