$5,562.27 – $7,312.93 Monthly

Description:

The Public Works Staff Services Analyst provides administrative and fiscal support to one or more divisions of the Public Works Department. Public Works is a fast-paced environment and priorities change rapidly. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt to changing work assignments while keeping within deadlines. Experience with real estate and property management are desirable, in addition to creating letters to the Board of Supervisors requesting approval of leases, space license agreements, purchases and budgetary adjustments.

Qualifications:

Education:
Equivalent to graduation from college with major course work in business administration, public administration, systems analysis, accounting, or related field.
AND
Experience
One year of experience performing administrative management, personnel, fiscal, budgetary, staff development, or data processing analysis work, including the preparation of recommendations and reports, or one year of experience as a Staff Services Analyst I. Staff Services Analyst I does not require any related experience.
