The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) was formed in 1945 by an Act of the California State Legislature. The District comprises 2,677 square miles within the western portion of Riverside County and serves a population of approximately 1.99 million.

Qualifications:

Experience: Three years of land surveying experience in a supervisory capacity.

Knowledge of: The principles and practices used in preparing land descriptions; the principles and practices of land surveying, geodetic surveying, cadastral surveying, and photogrammetric surveying; laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to survey functions including Government Land Office survey points, subdivisions, and records of survey; principles of personnel supervision and employee training.
