Monthly Salary Range: $6,463 – $7,856

Description:

Contra Costa County is seeking a qualified individual to fill the important role of Treasurer’s Investment Operations Analyst in the Treasurer-Tax Collector Department. Under direction, this position conducts analytical, planning and administrative duties in the Treasurer’s Division in support of accounting, cash management, investment and debt issuance activities. In addition, the Treasurer’s Investment Operations Analyst assists the Department Head and Assistant County Treasurer in assigned specialized investment activities and performs other related work as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or public administration, finance, accounting, economics or a closely related field.

Experience: Four (4) years full-time, or its equivalent, professional experience in accounting, financial management or banking which must have provided a working knowledge of bank operations and the principles and techniques of short term investment.
