The California State Association of Counties (CSAC) would like to invite those companies who have a product or service for county government to reserve booth space at our 119th Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall. Past exhibitors have included the following products and services: architects, developers, office suppliers, correctional services, computer products, road construction, legal services, utilities, financial services, and more. Space is limited, so please submit your exhibitor registration early.
Exhibitor Information & Hours of Operation
Your exhibit during the CSAC 119th Annual Meeting will put your organization’s name in front of all attendees during the Exhibit Hall hours, as well as in our conference exhibitor program. Don’t miss this opportunity to advertise your product or service to all 58 California counties. To encourage participants to visit the Exhibit Hall, there will be prize drawings for attendees throughout the two days the Exhibit Hall is open. All attendees will have an exhibitor card that they must bring to each exhibit booth in order to be eligible to win prizes. Additional events held in the Exhibit Hall are a Welcome Reception on Tuesday afternoon, as well as a Buffet Lunch on Wednesday.
Exhibitor Hours at the CSAC 119th Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., and Wednesday, November 20, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Exhibitor set-up will be available from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, and break-down will begin at 2:15 p.m. on November 20.
Each Exhibit Booth includes the following:
10’ x 10’ booth space (carpet included)
Draped back wall and side rails, including standard booth

Listing in exhibitor brochure (if submitted by Friday, October
18, 2013)
Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations for exhibitor
personnel
Roster of conference attendees, by request

CSAC Premier Members receive one complimentary booth in prime location. CSAC Corporate Associate Members receive a 25% discount on the exhibit booth fees listed above.
