The Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) has announced that the
Cannabis Advisory Committee will hold its first meeting of the
year on Thursday, January 18 in Sacramento. The Committee is
tasked with advising the BCC and the other licensing authorities
– the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the
California Department of Public Health – on the development of
regulations that help protect public health and safety and reduce
the illegal market for cannabis. The meeting notice and agenda
