not doing on Cannabis? Check out CSAC’s County Cannabis Ordinance Chart
and webpage for detailed information about cannabis ordinances
across the state. The chart and webpage include adopted ban
ordinances, cultivation regulations, tax ordinances in both
cities and counties, expected local ballot measures for 2018 and
much more.
The list is subject to change because many counties have
temporary regulations in place while completing the process of
creating more permanent regulations. CSAC staff hopes this chart
and collection of ordinances will be useful to all counties as
they decide and design their own local community cannabis
