CTC to Host Webinar Training Sessions on Local Streets and Roads Expenditure Reporting

The California Transportation Commission (CTC) will host three Expenditure Report Technical Training Webinar sessions in October to assist agencies with the annual reporting process for the Local Streets and Roads Funding Program for Fiscal Year 2019-20 (Cycle 3), which will open in the CalSMART system on Tuesday, October 20.
Trainings will focus on the expenditure reporting process, report criteria, navigation of the CalSMART reporting system and will include a live demonstration in CalSMART.
The upcoming webinar dates and times are listed below. Please only register for one session.
- Session 1: Tuesday, October 6, 2020, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Register.
- Session 2: Tuesday, October 6, 2020, 1:00p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Register.
- Session 3: Wednesday, October 7, 2020, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Register.
Space is limited and registration will be on a first come first serve basis. CTC staff recommends that at least one member from an agency’s finance department and one member from the engineering team attend. Registration will close 24 hours prior to each session.

CalSMART will be open for Fiscal Year 2019-20 Expenditure Reporting from October 20, 2020 to December 1, 2020.
