The California Transportation Commission (CTC) will be holding a
workshop on Thursday, April 9 from 1-2:30pm to
solicit feedback on potential changes to the schedule for
submission of SB 1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account
(RMRA) project lists and resolutions.
CTC staff is aware that some agencies have postponed their public
meetings through April, leading to a delay in their process for
adopting Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21 RMRA Funding Eligibility
Project List Resolutions, given the COVID-19 emergency.
To ensure all agencies have the opportunity to receive
eligibility for FY 2020-21 RMRA funds, CTC staff would like to
discuss and solicit feedback regarding alternate eligibility
schedules for the Local Streets and Roads Funding Program.
CSAC has requested an extension of the May 1 deadline for FY
2020-21 resolutions to July 1.
