On July 12 and July 14, 2022, the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) will
present an online training for State Treasurers/County
Coordinators on the county election allocation process for the
newly reauthorized Secure Rural Schools (SRS) Act.
This training will provide information pertaining to legislative
policies and guidelines that are required this year for the
County’s elections. The information provided will primarily
focus on the title allocation election process, and will not
address specific Title I, II, III projects’ details on spending.
The county allocation process opens on July 20 and elections are
due by September 30, 2022. If you have any questions about

The USFS recommends attendees login 15 minutes prior to the start
time to assure access to the meeting. Google Chrome is the best
