Materials from a webinar on California’s concerns with the
Federal Family First Prevention Services Act of 2016 (FFPSA) are
now available
here. The August 25 webinar was hosted by the County Welfare
Directors Association of California (CWDA), the John Burton
Foundation, and the Alliance for Children’s Rights. California is
one of several states, including New York, Minnesota, North
Carolina, and Washington, to have concerns about the FFPSA.
