The Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency will hold a series of ten teleconferences to hear from stakeholders in a variety of sectors about a possible revision to the definition of “Waters of the United States” under the Clean Water Act. The series of calls started in late September and will continue over the next several months.
The teleconferences will be held every Tuesday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 PM Eastern Time. (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time) Listening sessions with stormwater, wastewater management, and drinking water agencies have been scheduled for Tuesday November 14th.
