CSAC Executive Director Graham Knaus appointed Farrah McDaid Ting
as the Association’s Director of Public Affairs and Member
Services this month.
Farrah began her career at CSAC more than 20 years ago, first
serving under former Director David Liebler on the public affairs
side, and then moving to the legislative team as an analyst in
2005. Since 2007, Farrah has focused on county health and human
services, and currently serves as the Association’s Senior
Legislative Representative for Health and Behavioral Health.
She will transition into the new role as CSAC recruits a new
health and behavioral health lobbyist to join the CSAC Health and
Human Services team. To assist during the transition, retired
Director Liebler has agreed to return to CSAC on a limited basis.
CSAC is grateful to David for his willingness to interrupt his
retirement to help counties and the Association.
