The Judicial Council recently posted the Spring 2020 Revenue
Distribution
recorded training (PowerPoint) online and it is available for
viewing. The plenary presentation, breakout sessions, and the
relevant training materials are posted on the Revenue
Distribution Guidelines website, just scroll down to the
2020 tab after clicking here.
Also, in response to feedback and requests for training on
related topics, the Judicial Council included additional breakout
sessions in this year’s training. See the table in
the agenda
for descriptions and training materials, by session.
This annual training is offered by the Judicial Council and the
State Controller’s Office to address impacts of newly enacted
legislation to trial court revenue distributions and provide
updates on other related areas of interest. Feedback is valuable
to the Judicial Council so please continue to share how they are
doing by completing the Questionnaire

A Certificate for up to 5.5 hours credit (if plenary and all
breakout sessions are viewed), will be emailed to the address
provided on the Evaluation Questionnaire. Please send an email to
revenue.distribution@jud.ca.gov
if a Certificate is not provided within seven (7) days
after the Evaluation Questionnaire is completed.
