The California Association of Local Housing Financing Agencies is
holding a symposium and conference that should be of interest to
county policymakers. The conference will be held in Sacramento on
October 31 and November 1. Key topics will include the future of
redevelopment, “missing middle” workforce housing, new fair
housing requirements, innovative construction techniques, and
single family housing financing tools.
CSAC is an honorary sponsor of the event and encourages
attendance by county officials interested in planning and
financing housing for community members at all income levels.
