The state has announced a new statewide, toll-free hotline for
all COVID-19 questions: (833) 544-2374. This number will provide
broad information for the public. If a caller has a local
question, they will be referred to their jurisdiction’s 2-1-1
affiliate for referrals and screening for local services. This is
the result of a partnership with 2-1-1 California and local 2-1-1
systems to provide the critical links to direct services at the
local level. The CSAC Finance Corporation manages 2-1-1
California, which is a network of the 2-1-1 systems throughout
California.
