CSAC continues to update our American Rescue Plan
page with additional resources. This page includes resources
about the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, which will provide $7.7
billion in direct fiscal aid to California counties and other
elements of the law.
A new resource added this week is a
memo drafted by CSAC’s Washington representatives, Paragon
Government Relations, that summarizes all the key aspects of the
recently released U.S. Department of Treasury fiscal recovery
fund guidance. It includes details about allowable uses of the
funds, ineligible uses, and reporting requirements. Other recent
additions include the final allocation amounts by county, U.S.
Department of Treasury guidance documents, details on
nutrition assistance funding and mental health and substance use
grants.
