The Administrative Manager supervises support staff responsible for production and officewide administrative activities. The person in this role will be responsible for the oversight and supervision of all administrative staff as well as administrative functions for the LAO to include but not limited to payroll, benefits, budget preparation, special projects, forecasting, and other duties as assigned by the Legislative Analyst. This position reports directly to the Legislative Analyst.
Competitive applicants meet or exceed the minimum qualifications listed below: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics or a related field that includes quantitative curriculum. A master’s degree is preferred. Plus, four years of experience completing office administrative tasks to include but not limited to payroll, budget preparation and forecasting, and benefits, two of which must include serving in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination education or experience. Experience completing administrative work for a government agency preferred.
